At Mouskill, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Certain sale or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at twentyseventhllc@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at twentyseventhllc@gmail.com so we can make it right (replacement or full refund, at our expense).
